Purpose

These General Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as the "GTU") define the legal framework governing the provision of the website and services by VELMIOS – IT Solutions & Digital Transformation and set forth the conditions for access to and use of the services by the "User."

The present GTU are accessible on the website under the section "GTU."

Any registration or use of the website implies full and unconditional acceptance of these GTU by the User.

When registering on the website via the registration form, each User expressly accepts these GTU by checking the box preceding the following statement:

"I acknowledge that I have read and understood the GTU and I accept them."

If the User does not accept the GTU set out in this document, they must refrain from accessing the services offered by the website.

Article 2 – Access to the Website

The VELMIOS – IT Solutions & Digital Transformation website provides Users with free access to the following services:

  • IT outsourcing (infogérance)

The website is accessible free of charge from anywhere to any User with an internet connection. All costs incurred by the User to access the service (computer hardware, software, internet connection, etc.) are the User's sole responsibility.

Non-registered Users do not have access to the reserved services. To access them, Users must register by completing the registration form. By registering for these services, the User agrees to provide truthful and accurate information concerning their identity and contact details, including their email address.

To access the services, the registered User must log in using the username and password provided after registration.

Any registered User may request to unsubscribe via the dedicated section in their personal account. Unsubscription will take effect within a reasonable period.

Any event resulting from a force majeure situation causing a malfunction of the website or server, as well as interruptions or modifications due to maintenance, shall not engage the liability of VELMIOS – IT Solutions & Digital Transformation. In such cases, the User agrees not to hold the publisher responsible for any service interruption or suspension, even without prior notice.
